The DLT-V4 provides DDS-4 and DAT 72 users that have outgrown the older DAT technology with the highest capacity tape drive in its class at 320GB (assumes 2:1 compression). The DLT-V4 maintains a cost-effective approach to data pro-tection with low media and hardware costs, and a roadmap that extends well into the future. With this new USB internal capability, these SATA/USB drives can be directly attached to many of the most popular motherboards without the use of a host bus adapter, saving even more.
