Orders are held usually cancelled after seven (7) days. This cancellation period will vary on the type of order you have placed. Please notify us if you wish for the order to be held for a longer period of time or cancel the order. For all enquiries, please e-mail us

Shipping

You will be quoted exact costs after an online order is processed (through e-mail update), before any commitment or payment is required. A PO Box address is accepted as the shipping address.

If you are after a quote for shipping, you can e-mail us. Please copy and paste the shopping cart and supply your suburb and postcode within Australia, and we will reply with a quote.

Or you can go straight ahead and get the final quote by completing the order online (no initial payment or commitment required). We will then process the order and e-mail back for the total including shipping.
