Q.
Why can't I get an immediate replacement for my faulty product which is not Dead On Arrival (DOA) (under 7 days)?
A. Because when a product is sent back the manufacturer for a non-DOA product we are returned a replacement / fix that has a warranty serial number with reduced warranty (based on your original invoice date). Besides that the product returned to us is in most cases just the actual product and no retail packaging. Therefore it of course can not be resold by us and must be returned directly back to you.

Discounts

Q. Can I get a discount on the price of my purchase?
A. Discounts are applied to bulk sales, calculated dependant on volume. For example, on sales greater than $10,000. In individual cases, CEDGE sees its prices to be the lowest available, and in order to cover costs no individual discounts are allowed.
